Adoption of Resolution No. 2022-013 Regarding Remote Meetings  
Pursuant to Assembly Bill 361  
Upon the motion by Arreguin and second by Ramos, the ACFA Governing Board  
adopted Resolution No. 2022-013. The motion passed unanimously by the  
following vote:
