BAHA Resolution No. 1, Revised - Amendment to the BAHA Establishing  
Resolution  
A request for approval of BAHA Resolution No. 1, Revised to conform  
BAHA’s members and officers to the current elected and appointed  
officers of the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) or Bay Area  
Toll Authority (BATA) who serve as BAHA officers; and to authorize the  
MTC Executive Director (ED) or designee to amend Attachment A from  
time to time as MTC or BATA elected officials, or staff who serve as  
officers, may complete their term or be reassigned.
