Adoption of Resolution No. 2022-011 Regarding Remote Meetings  
Pursuant to Assembly Bill 361  
Upon the motion by Ramos and second by Arreguin, the ACFA Governing Board  
adopted Resolution No. 2022-11. The motion passed unanimously by the  
following vote:
