Pursuant to Assembly Bill 361

Francisco Bay Area Regional Energy Network (BayREN) contract with  
CLEAResult Consulting Inc., to provide BayREN rebate processing and  
payment services in an amount not to exceed $250,000, for a total  
contracted amount of $8,075,262, through December 31, 2023.

Adoption of Resolution No. 14-2022 regarding the 2021 Urban and  
Multibenefit Drought Relief Program Grant program reflecting modifications  
made by the State of California to the preferred contracting method and the  
total budget for Daily Acts, and authorization to apply for and enter into a  
new agreement with California Department of Water Resources for 2021  
Urban and Multibenefit Drought Relief Program Grant funding, and  
authorization to enter into a contract with Daily Acts in an amount up to  
$4,700,000 to implement the Petaluma River Watershed: Land Resilience  
Partnership Project

Authorization to accept and to execute an agreement for grant funds from  
the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for Comprehensive  
Conservation and Management Plan implementation, between October 1,  
2022 and September 30, 2023, in an amount not to exceed to $750,000;  
and authorization to negotiate and execute a subrecipient agreement with  
the Regents of the University of California in an amount not to exceed  
$110,000 for the services of two Sea Grant Fellows to the San Francisco  
Estuary Partnership.

Estuary to support emerging leaders in the environmental field, including
