A request for approval of purchase orders for consulting and  
telecommunication services in support of the Metropolitan Transportation  
Commission (MTC) Express Lanes Network operations on I-680 and I-880  
and San Mateo County Express Lanes Joint Powers Authority  
(SMCEL-JPA) express lanes operations on US 101 from Palo Alto to  
Redwood City, and for implementation of new express lanes segments on  
US 101 from Redwood City to SR-380 and I-80 from Fairfield to Vacaville.  
Each vendor will be procured using a collaborative intergovernmental  
procurement agreement (IPA), which satisfies BAIFA’s procurement  
requirements, subject to the approval of BAIFA Resolution No. 31, FY  
2022-23 Operating and Capital Budgets.
