The Board was asked to elect a new board officer as a result of the  
vacancy created by the retirement of former BAAQMD Executive  
Officer/APCO Jack Broadbent.

Upon the motion by Board Member Fremier and seconded by Board Member  
Paul, Board Member Landers was elected as the new Board Chair. The motion  
carried by the following vote:

The Board was asked to approve the minutes of the November 9, 2021  
375 Beale Condominium Corporation Board meeting.

Paul, the Minutes of the November 9, 2021 meeting were adopted. The motion

The Board was asked to adopt Resolution No. 002 Regarding Remote  
Meetings Pursuant to AB 361.

Assessments  
The Board was asked to consider and approve the annual operating  
budget and an increase to the common expense assessments for the FY  
2022-23 fiscal year.
