management plan, adopt a transit priority policy and make other changes  
to streamline transit priority project implementation.

3 (RM3) capital funds to Contra Costa Transportation Authority (CCTA),  
Bay Area Infrastructure Financing Authority (BAIFA), Water Emergency  
Transportation Authority (WETA), San Francisco Municipal Transportation  
Agency (SFMTA), and San Mateo County Transportation Authority  
(SMCTA).  
Allocation of a total $49.9 million in RM3 capital funds: $0.5 million to  
CCTA for the I-680/SR-4 Interchange Improvements - Trail Connection  
Feasibility Study (RM3 Project #19.2), $16.7 million to BAIFA under the  
Bay Area Corridor Express Lanes program for the I-80 Express Lanes Toll  
System (RM3 Project #2.2), $0.84 million to WETA under the Ferry  
Enhancement Program for the Shoreline Electrical Program (RM3 Project  
#5.2), $12.6 million to SFMTA under MUNI Fleet Expansion and Facilities  
Projects for the Presidio Yard Modernization Project (RM3 Project #10.6),  
and $19.3 million to SMCTA for Highway 101/State Route 92 Interchange  
Area Improvements (RM3 Project #18.1).
