authorized by the Chair to participate remotely under AB 2449 (just cause) due to illness.

and FasTrak® Policy Changes: Referral to Authority

An update on the Low-Income Payment Plan and a request that BATA

Resolution No. 52, Revised be referred to the full Authority for approval of

policies related to the Payment Plan and violations for state-owned

bridges.
