Program FYs 2021-22 - 2023-24
Update of Transit Capital Priorities (TCP) program; including updates to
FYs 2021-22 through 2023-24 programming, and amending FY 2022-23
programming to include updated fixed guideway cap programming and the
Zero-Emission Bus (ZEB) Infrastructure Set-Aside.

Upon the motion by Commissioner Ronen and seconded by Commissioner
Abe-Koga, the Committee unanimously approved the referral of MTC Resolution

Major Projects Advancement Policy (MAP) Update
Informational update on the continued development of the Major Project
Advancement Policy (MAP). This update will include presentations from
sponsors of named megaprojects seeking advancement in the federal
Capital Investment Grants process including updates to cost and funding
plans to be incorporated into the MAP.

staff: Carolyn Gonot, Gary Griggs, and Greg
Richardson.
Michael Baldini (Policy Advisory Councilmember) was called to speak.
While no action was taken on this item, the Chair requested that staff follow up to
provide Committee members the video referenced by VTA staff that further
explains the bore equipment to be used for the VTA BART Silicon Valley Phase
II Extension Project and the contract between BART and VTA for that project.
