appointment for the Executive Director position pursuant to California

The Commission reconvened in open session and upon the motion by Chair  
Pedroza and seconded by Commissioner Spering, the Commission approved the  
appointment of MTC Executive Director to Andrew Fremier effective February 22,  
2023; and authorized an employment agreement with terms including: four years  
from February 22, 2023 through December 31, 2026, base starting salary of  
380,000 annually with further details of Mr. Fremier’s employment agreement  
outlined in the employment agreement attached to this item in the packet this  
Contract were adopted. The motion carried by the following vote:
