Assembly Constitutional Amendment 1 (Aguiar-Curry): Voter Threshold for
Local Infrastructure Bonds and Taxes
Assembly Constitutional Amendment (ACA) 1 would lower to 55 percent
the voter approval threshold for local bonds and special taxes for affordable
housing, transportation, resilience and other public infrastructure.
