Anniversary of ABAG's Bay Area Regional Energy Network (BayREN)  
Adoption of Resolution No, 4-2023, Authorization to submit a proposal to  
the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) to obtain a  
Proposition 1 Integrated Regional Water Management (IRWM)  
implementation grant for integrated regional water management projects  
and, if awarded, to enter into an agreement with DWR from the notice of  
award date to December 31, 2027 in the amount of $32,214,479

approved the request from Santa Clara County for the transfer of Regional  
Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA) units to the City of San Jose and to authorize  
the Executive Director of the Metropolitan Transportation Commission, as
