Amend the Resilient SR 37 MOU to integrate MTC/BAIFA and
Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit District (SMART).

The following members of the public were called to speak: Rich Hedges,
Aleta Dupree, Veda Florez, Michael Baldini, and Johnny Parker (MTC
Policy Advisory Councilmember).
Upon the motion by Commissioner Spering and seconded by Commissioner
Rabbitt, the Authority unanimously approved the submittal of a Toll Facility
Application to the CTC to authorize tolling on SR 37 as part of the Sears Point to
Mare Island Improvement Project, and the amendment to the Resilient SR 37
MOU to integrate MTC/BAIFA and Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit District. The
motion carried by the following vote:
