Update on the Resilient SR 37 Program and a request for approval to: 1)

Submit a Toll Facility Application to the CTC to authorize tolling on SR 37

as part of the Sears Point to Mare Island Improvement Project, and 2)

Amend the Resilient SR 37 MOU to integrate MTC/BAIFA and

Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit District (SMART).

Policy Advisory Councilmember).

Upon the motion by Commissioner Spering and seconded by Commissioner

Rabbitt, the Authority unanimously approved the submittal of a Toll Facility

Application to the CTC to authorize tolling on SR 37 as part of the Sears Point to

Mare Island Improvement Project, and the amendment to the Resilient SR 37

MOU to integrate MTC/BAIFA and Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit District. The

motion carried by the following vote:
