Statements and Accompanying Reports for Fiscal Year 2021-2022  
Suzanne Bode and Kathy Lai gave the report.  
Upon the motion by Ramos and second by Arreguin, the ACFA Governing Board  
accepted the Advancing California Finance Authority (ACFA) and ABAG Finance  
Authority for Nonprofit Corporations (ABAG FAN) Financial Statements and  
Accompanying Reports for Fiscal Year 2021-22. The motion passed unanimously  
by the following vote:
