Draft 2025 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and Draft  
Transportation-Air Quality Conformity Analysis for the 2025 TIP.  
The federally required TIP is the region’s transportation funding  
document containing surface transportation projects and anticipated  
funding over the next four years. The projects are expected to receive  
federal funds, be subject to a federally required action, or are regionally  
significant. Federal air quality regulations require an air quality  
conformity determination on the TIP. The draft TIP and draft Air Quality  
Conformity Analysis documents were released for public review and  
comment beginning on June 27, 2024. The written comment period  
ends at 5:00 p.m. July 26, 2024.
