Update on Clipper BayPass and Review of Proposed Transfer Discount  
Policy  
The project management team will present a status update on the launch of  
the Clipper BayPass program. The Task Force will also be asked to review  
and provide comments and questions on a draft of the proposed transfer  
discount policy. A presentation highlighting key policy considerations and  
possible next steps will also be shared by the project management team.
