Upon the motion by Arreguin and second by Rabbitt, the ACFA Governing Board  
adopted Resolution No. 2024-001 approving the ABAG Finance Authority for  
Nonprofit Corporations (ABAG FAN) Fiscal Year 2024-25 Operating Budget. The  
motion passed unanimously by the following vote:
