Management Council in place of Member Julie Kirschbaum. Attendance and

Actions noted below as “Kirschbaum” were taken by Brisson.

Jennifer Mennucci acted as a delegate and voting member of the Regional

Network Management Council in place of member Denis Mulligan. Attendance

and Actions noted below as “Mulligan” were taken by Mennucci.

Rachel Ede acted as a delegate and voting Member of the Regional Network

Management Council in place of Member Nancy Whelan. Actions and attendance

noted below as “Whelan” were taken by Ede.
