Annual Fund Estimate and proposed apportionment and distribution of

approximately $1 billion in Transportation Development Act (TDA) Local

Transportation Fund, State Transit Assistance (STA), State of Good

Repair (SGR) Program, Assembly Bill 1107 (AB 1107), transit-related

bridge toll, and Low Carbon Transit Operations Program (LCTOP) funds

for FY 2025-26.

Transit & Bay Trail Program (SR2TBT) Cycle 1 Program of Projects.

i. MTC Resolution No. 4633, Revised. Adoption of the 2025 Regional

Active Transportation Program (ATP) Cycle 7 Program of Projects and

Funding Target Update; and

ii. MTC Resolution No. 4639, Revised. Adoption of the Regional Measure

3 (RM3) Safe Routes to Transit & Bay Trail (SR2TBT) Cycle 1 Program of

Projects, which programs $75 million in new funding capacity for fiscal

years 2024-25 through 2027-28.

Upon the motion by Commissioner Fleming and seconded by Commissioner

Papan, the Committee unanimously approved referral of MTC Resolution Nos.

4633, Revised and 4639, Revised and adoption of the RM 3 Safe Routes to Transit

and Bay Trail Cycle 1 Program of projects to the Commission for approval. The

motion passed by the following vote:
