amendments to the MTC Operating and Capital Budgets for FY 2024-25  
increasing operating revenue by $10.5 million and operating expenses by  
$11.4 million. The resulting $0.8 million increase to the projected operating  
deficit is funded by a draw from fund balance.

Revised, which was accompanied by a request for staff to follow up at a future  
date with additional information on: 1) formalized coordination efforts for  
transformation / accountability initiatives such as inter-operator transit schedules  
and implementation of BART Fare Gates, 2) ADA accommodations for when  
accessibility problems arise (like an elevator is out of order), 3) funding for the  
fiscal cliff should not be taken from county programming, and 4) some  
explanation be provided on how funds are actually spent. The motion carried by
