The Regional Network Management Council is scheduled to meet at 11:30 a.m.

Upon the motion by Council Member Fremier and seconded by Council Member  
Tumlin, nomination of Member Powers to serve as Chair and Member Chan to  
serve as Vice Chair for the Regional Network Management Council were  
approved and nominations were closed. The motion carried by the following

Regional Network Management Council FY 2023-24 and 2024-25 Work  
Plan  
Initial work to stand up the RNM Council includes development of a Charter  
and Work Plan. A proposed charter to guide the operating procedures of  
the RNM Council and a draft RNM Council Work Plan will be presented for  
feedback.
