Transit Oriented Communities and the One Bay Area Grant Program -  
Prioritizing Transportation Investments to Support the Region’s Vision  
Staff will present an initial evaluation framework that aims to measure  
progress toward implementation of Transit Oriented Communities, as well  
as options for advancing Cycle 4 of the One Bay Area Grant program with  
the goal of moving the Commission toward a commitment on how the  
funding can best deliver on Plan Bay Area goals and reflect each  
jurisdiction’s demonstrated progress toward TOC policy implementation.
