Express Lanes START Pilot Extension: 18-Month Extension of the Express  
Lanes START Pilot  
A request for the Authority’s approval to extend the Express Lanes START  
pilot, which provides low-income users a discounted toll on the Interstate  
880 Express Lane, by 18 months.
