The overview of Senate Bill (SB) 63 updates since the June  
Commission meeting is agendized as an Action item, given that the  
legislation may be substantially amended between the posting date and  
the committee meeting date; however, no action is required.

The Joint MTC ABAG Legislation Committee may choose to take no  
action at this time or consider revising the Commission's priorities  
related to SB 63.
