Upon the motion by Chavez and second by Abe-Koga, the BAHFA Oversight  
Committee approved the BAHFA Oversight Committee ConsentCalendar. The  
motion passed unanimously by the following vote:

Commission (MTC) Exchange Funds and Creation of a BAHFA Rental  
Assistance Pilot Program  
Irene Farnsworth gave the report.  
The following gave public comment: Veda Florez, Warren Cushman.  
Upon the motion by Papan and second by Abe-Koga, the BAHFA Oversight  
Committee recommended Bay Area Housing Finance Authority adoption of  
BAHFA Resolution No. 0030, approval of acceptance of $5 million in Metropolitan  
Transportation Commission (MTC) Exchange Funds and creation of a BAHFA  
Rental Assistance Pilot Program. The motion passed unanimously by the  
following vote:  
7 - Abe-Koga, Chavez, Glover, Miley, Papan, Pedroza and Ronen
