Upon the motion by Vice Chair Moulton-Peters and seconded by Commissioner  
Mahan, the Commission endorsed the staff recommendation to dedicate $45  
million annually from a regional transportation revenue measure to make transit  
more affordable, accessible, and easier to use, only if the measure is pursued as  
a four- or five county measure. The commission will revisit priorities in the event  
of a 3-county measure. They also affirmed that the motion was silent on county  
contribution levels, which are subject to negotiation and final decisions about  
inclusion in the measure. The motion carried by the following vote:
