Upon the motion by Ramos and second by Eklund, the ABAG Housing Committee

elected Carlos Romero, Councilmember, City of East Palo Alto, as Chair, and Lisa

Motoyama, Councilmember City of El Cerrito, as Vice Chair. The motion passed

unanimously by the following vote:
