An update on the Low-Income Payment Plan and a request that BATA
Resolution No. 52, Revised be referred to the full Authority for approval of
policies related to the Payment Plan and violations for state-owned
bridges.

Upon the motion by Commissioner Abe-Koga and seconded by Commissioner
Papan, the Authority unanimously adopted BATA Resolution No. 52, Revised. The
