Upon the motion by Board Member Mulligan and seconded by Board Member
Fremier, the Consent Calendar was approved with an amended motion to revise
the minutes to accurately reflect members of the public whom provided public
comments. The motion carried the following vote:

current Clipper cardholders to the Next Generation Account-based System,
