2. Welcome - Randi Kinman, Acting Policy Advisory Council Equity & Access  
Subcommittee Chair  
Subcommittee Member Dwayne Hankerson resigned from the subcommittee effective February 16,  
2023.  
Subcommittee Vice Chair Markham stepped down as Equity and Access Vice Chair and member,  
effective May 1, 2023.  
Subcommittee member Frank Welte is stepping down from the Council effective May 1, 2023  
Council Member Campos was moved from an alternate to a standing member of the Equity and  
Access Subcommittee, effective May 1, 2023.  
Former Chair Ilaf Esuf stepped down as Equity and Access Subcommittee Chair, effective May 1,  
2023.  
Policy Advisory Council Chair Randi Kinman appointed herself as Acting Chair effective May 1,2023.

Subcommittee Chair and Vice Chair  
Nominations for the 2022-2023 Chair and Vice Chair of the Policy  
Advisory Council Equity & Access Subcommittee will be opened at the  
May 26, 2023 meeting. The nomination period will remain open until the  
election scheduled for the June 23, 2023 meeting.
