Staff will present the assumptions that underly the development of the  
Fiscal Year 2026-27 budgets. Full preliminary budgets will be presented at  
the agencies’ meetings on May 27, 2026 and final proposed budgets will  
be brought for authorization at the agencies’ meetings on June 24, 2026.
