Authorization to accept and to execute an agreement for grant funds from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan implementation, between October 1, 2022 and September 30, 2023, in an amount not to exceed to $750,000; and authorization to negotiate and execute a subrecipient agreement with the Regents of the University of California in an amount not to exceed $110,000 for the services of two Sea Grant Fellows to the San Francisco Estuary Partnership.
