Futures: Developing Guiding Principles
Draft framework for Guiding Principles that identify regional aspirations over the next three decades and that will be used to guide the Futures process. Staff will share the public outreach effort underway to hear aspirations from Bay Area residents. Staff will use feedback from stakeholders to craft proposed Guiding Principles by April.
