Contract with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to receive $13,902,100 for the North San Francisco Bay Habitat Restoration and Sediment Dynamics Analysis Project
Authorization to accept an award from and enter into a funding agreement with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on behalf of the Association of Bay Area Governments and the San Francisco Estuary Partnership to receive $13,902,100 and to negotiate and enter into subaward agreements with: 1) National Audubon Society in an amount not to exceed $10,797,896; 2) San Francisco Estuary Institute in an amount not to exceed $1,336,690 and 3) University of California at Davis in an amount not to exceed $499,614.
