Senate Bill 960 (Wiener): Transit Priority and Complete Streets  
Requires Caltrans incorporate infrastructure needs for all road users -  
including bicyclists, pedestrians, and transit riders - into the state asset  
management plan, adopt a transit priority policy and make other changes  
to streamline transit priority project implementation.
