Monitoring and Reporting Program for the West Oakland Link Project.

Upon the motion by Commissioner Chavez and seconded by Commissioner

No. 161 to the Authority for approval. The motion carried by the following vote:

Funding Agreement - West Oakland Link Project: Alameda County  
Transportation Commission ($3,000,000)  
A request to enter into a funding agreement with the Alameda County  
Transportation Commission (ACTC) to receive up to $3,000,000 in funds  
to allow BATA to complete plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for  
the West Oakland Link Project.

Upon the motion by Commissioner Chavez and seconded by Commission Papan,  
the Committee unanimously approved referring the funding agreement with the  
Alameda County Transportation Commission to the Authority, subject to Authority  
adoption of BATA Resolution No. 161 adopting the Mitigated Negative Declaration  
and the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program for the Project. The motion  
carried by the following vote:
